ENERGY CONTROL - PRUDENTIAL BUILDING COVENTRY

GUARDIAN has just finished installing more than 6,000 square feet of anti heat & glare window film at the Prudential Building in the Middlemarch Office Village near Coventry as part of a major refurbishment carried out by main contractors MANSELLS.

The specified films were 3M Light Nickel in the office windows, which has the added benefit of reducing heat loss in the winter months, and Medium Silver in the atrium and soffit glazing – reducing heat gain by 59% and glare by 62%. Both films also block 99% of UV – protecting the occupants and reducing fading in fixtures and fittings.
